RIYADH: The Saudi Citizen Account Program dealt with more than 975,000 service inquiries during the third quarter of this year.
Sultan Al-Qahtani, spokesman for the program, said the call center team handled more than 493,000 queries on the unified number 19912, with average answering speeds of nine seconds and call durations of five minutes.
The operations center managed in excess of 67,000 technical applications and around 207,000 objections to eligibility and entitlement.
The scheme provides economic support to Saudi nationals and Al-Qahtani pointed out that more than 87,000 verified documents had been reviewed by authorities to ensure support was directed to eligible groups.
During the quarter, the program received over 14,000 requests through its Your Voice service, and 107,000 inquiries via its Twitter platform. At least 95 percent of beneficiaries expressed satisfaction with the service they received over the period. Through the program, citizens in Saudi Arabia get monthly payments from the state.
